Stride Property

Formerly DNZ, Stride Property is a NZX listed investor and manager of New Zealand commercial, retail and industrial real estate. Due to changes in its portfolio and confidence in its future direction, it was clear that a new brand strategy and identity was required to help fuel its growth.

A new name “Stride” was created to encompass the new strategy that puts people firmly at the centre of its operating model. The new wordmark and brand patterns reference the shapes and forms seen in property and master planning, all based around a bold new purple colour palette which differentiates Stride from anything else in the market.

Since the creation of the Stride brand, iceberg has continued to work with Stride to develop stakeholder engagement communications, environmental graphics, corporate communications and their website.

Stride has gone from strength to strength since the launch of the new brand. Stride Property Limited has grown into Stride Property Group; a diverse property business including two new sub brands (Investore and Diversified, also created by iceberg) which further enhance the value of the business.
