Impressed is a commercial laundry and housekeeping service in Queenstown, Tekapo and Omarama. Launched in 2019, the new business needed an identity that bucked the trend of clichéd designs that dominate the industry, and also demonstrated the premium service they offered.
An embossed wordmark throughout the identity provides a subtle nod to the name and sets the tone for the identity. From there, everything is created from a few considered elements. The colour palette is also a departure from the norm. With matching coloured paper stock in printed applications, the identity has a fresh and friendly personality.
Impressed places enormous value on the environment. It is, after all, the reason that the tourism industry they serve exists. To show this appreciation, we used beautiful landscape imagery of the business’ locations to show customers that Impressed understands the importance of the environment they live in.
